CFB Prophet is an independent college football simulation engine and interactive 12-team playoff bracket builder. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Entertainment & Analytics Only

All game outcomes, predicted point spreads, win probabilities, and projected scores generated by CFB Prophet are statistical simulations based on team ratings and custom user sliders.

CFB Prophet is not a gambling or sports betting service. Do not use these simulations as financial, wagering, or legal advice. The platform is designed strictly for fun, fan discussion, and game day debate.

2. Trademarks & Fair Use Disclaimer

CFB Prophet is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, the College Football Playoff (CFP), ESPN, or any college or university athletic department.

All college football team names, mascots, logos, and conference trademarks belong to their respective universities, conferences, and athletic associations. They are displayed solely for news, commentary, and editorial comparison purposes under fair-use principles.

3. Community Submissions & Conduct

You are welcome to submit custom brackets and predictions to the public Community Leaderboard.

We ask that you keep bracket names and coach handles respectful. We reserve the right to remove any submission that includes hate speech, harassment, profanity, slurs, or advertising spam.

4. Availability & Changes

College football schedules, kickoff times, network broadcasts, and rosters can change throughout the season. While we work to keep schedules and live scores accurate, CFB Prophet is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
